It would have been easy to release a mild pre-workout and call the range complete. Most catalogues have one.
Defy isn't that. If we were going to make a stimulant pre-workout, it had to be one experienced lifters would actually choose over what they already use.
Parts of the category lean on habits we won't copy: blends that hide how much of anything you're getting, long ingredient lists padded with amounts too small to matter, and a big caffeine number doing the marketing for the rest of the formula.
